Thank you alot Nilab for the respond,My daughter is just 3 years old not up to 18 years.she was granted resident permit since MAY 8th this year 2018 ,and when we went to Landramsamt they ask us to summit our National passport before we can get the resident card called Aufenthalstitel, and we all summited our passport as they ask us to do,but up till now only our daughter have work permit on her ausweis but we the parents don't have a work permit and we are still holding a Duldung as our status,we ask them multiple times to give us working permit but they exitate and tell us we must wait,My first question is that can we have a resident permit because of our daughter own? And my second question is that summiting our passport is it dangerous to us?and while is the delay of the processing of our daughter resident card?because the result came out from Bundedsamt since MAY 8th this year 2018 and up till now no respond from them while?.I will be happy to hear from you again, Thanks

Dear @Eddy, welcome! As to your further questions:
1. You can get the same Status as your daughter as she is a minor.
2. The Delay is not unusual, but you could ask how long it might take. I suggest here that you submit the question in written.
3. No there should not be any danger in that- only if you have been granted political asylum and did not own the passport at the time of claiming asylum already. I hope I could address your questions. If you need further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us in the community. Best regards, Nilab
