I'm an asylum seeker in EU and I want to apply for a US Green Card - Is it possible?

I have a question regarding Green Card Lotery Diversity Program. Can anyone apply from Germany who is seeking asyl in Germany and is that legally allowed ? I still didnt get my asyl Status ( still waiting) but I want to try to apply for green Card US to check my Chance.

I'm going to explain the full process and importance of the DV Lottery program to Asylum Seekers in Europe. Firstly, DV Lottery winning has nothing to do with your asylum in Europe. Secondly, DV Lottery status is a very good status that doesn't need "So-Tie" or in short "what will bring you back" because you're not going to visit or for a job but rather you are going to the USA to stay. Steps before playing DV Lottery; A) Set up a good passport size photo with white background (600px / 600px). B) National passport or if you are Refugee who doesn't have a passport, then select "Stateless" on the DV From. C) Know your current Address. D) Do know made a mistake on the form, please review it before submitting it. This is the website for the DV lottery application ( https://dvprogram.state.gov ). Steps, if win; A) Check your Results on the DV website. B) know your winning Case Number. Examples: 2019AF00032769 or 2019AF32769. D) Education Status is very important when it comes to DV Lottery but it has different requirements based on your country of birth or where you completed your students ( High School diploma and WAEC, Trade / Vocational Training with at least two years of experience, Professional Training with one year experience or University Degree ) E) Complete the DS 160 form with your information submit it to KCC and do your medical. F) Send your required documents to KCC by email. D) you will receive a notification email from KCC requesting anything else or an update on your case. Don't forget, you will also need an "Affidavit of support". F) if notify about your appointment at the USA Embassy, please carry all your documents including your current resistance permit and your Asylum documents. Please don't lie because it's hard to defend a lie then, to tell the truth. Know the USA Consular are very Smart. If obtain Visa: A) Inform the BAMF that you want to cancel your Asylum because you are travelling to another country that will protect you. Contact your lawyer! Dear @Guly, thank you for your question. As long you do not have a protection status in Germany, you can apply for the Green Card Lottery or even the resettlement program for refugees. There will be no problem for your claim in Germany, however once you get a positive response you will have to inform the German authorities.
