Am an Irish citizen and my boyfriend is an asylum seeker in Germany.we want to get married but he has no passport.His asylum was rejected and he volunteered to go back to his country so we can get married but he has no passport and his embassy doesn't issue such not even a traveling certificate .The Sierra Leone government doesn't not issue new passports to people in the diaspora unless you provide the old passport number.we have been in touch with some lawyers but didn't get help.What option do we have now to get married
