Please I have been in Germany since 2014 seeking asylum, I have worked for one and half year now in Germany. Please the issue is that, please wife is from DRC Congo and she is here with me in Germany and she is also seeking asylum but because we Africans don't all the time marry on papers, they attached my files to my files stated that I'm her fiance, but the problem is she came to Germany with Spain visa but didn't seek asylum in any country so Germany is her first place of seeking asylum and during her interview, she was told they can't send her back to Spain because of me but later on , they transferred her to another camp telling her , she's going to stay there till they finish her Dublin procedure with Spain. They want to check if they will send her back to Spain while I'm still in Germany. Please can someone tell me if this is right?
