I need medical aid in Hillesheim

Hallo my name is shoukat ali. . In accident my bone was broken and now I feel a lot of pain every time when I go to doctor for solution  but doctor said to me you you need the expensive test then we control your pain but you are not resident of germany that's why we can't help you .. and I have too much pain some time I'm crying about pain please help me if you can .. Thanks
