Are they social workers? If not, are you managing with difficult cases (psychological problems, families, etc.)?

6 of our 8 team members are only responsible for nothing but the matchings.
But we do it the other way around: We **** for the refugee who would fit the most to the flat share/family/etc.
Btw: We don't match refugees with a post-traumatic stress disorder because we are convinced that a flat share or family can never deal with such a strong sickness. Because of that we don't need any social workers. In general: We only match people if we are totally convinced that they can handle the living together. The whole concept is not a about an emergency help.
