Yes, that can take a while. The reason is that we have over 2000 registrations of refugees and of course as much serious registrations for rooms.
So if we have a registration for a room, we have a **** into our database if there is someone who could fit to this flat share/family and so on. And of course it happens that there is no registration of a refugee in a certain city.
If there is we first call him/her and talk to him/her over the phone. If he or she is still interested we propose a first, not-binding meeting between him or her and the flat share/family...
If everyone likes each other they can move together.
