§ 60b Abs. 2 S. 1 Aufenthaltsgesetz

Hello,

I received Duldung § 60b Abs. 2 S. 1 Aufenthaltsgesetz in September 2024 after my child’s birth in march 2024. As I was illegal and never registered anywhere in EU before. It has expired on .2.1.2025 . I’ve tried to contact the Ausländerbehörde since November but I don’t get any response. The Ausländerbehörde has told me to give my passport but I don’t want to give it to them because I want to marry my girlfriend this year. Any suggestion how can I get married and is an affidavit of Single Status apostille from India enough for proof of bachelorhood as in India there is nothing like a certificate of no impediment to marriage. Please provide information.

Then you need to give your passport and ask your lawyer to apply for paragraph 28 for you
