resident permit

my brother  met   with a german lady who come for vaccation in uganda, when she went back to germany she called and said she was pregnant for my brother and she arranged for my brother  to come to germany. my brother got a visa  stay only for  3 month in germany but when he arrived  she made him to get the resident - permit so he could stay. my brother has been taking care of her and the baby and  now the baby 3 year old and she is saying she does not love my brother anymore and want him to go back to Uganda because the  baby is not his. she went to the ausländbehörde and said the baby was not my brother child and they are asking him to live. please what can we do in this case.
