I fear that the mother of my child will take the baby to another country - What can I do?

Hello good morning everyone . I have a question please .
If you have 50/50 pecent right with the other of your child and . The mother took the baby to another country for asylum . Then return back to Germany again. But already documented since 2017 . Who do i complain to .. what office . I fear in the future. This will happy again . And I have evidence to this claim . A paper work too  .

I am really sorry to hear that the situation has not improved since you explained about your issues in March (here). I am afraid, however, that we can not add much of an advice or information to the answer my colleague Éanna has provided in that thread. Did you already contacted the "Jugendamt" or an independent family advisory service (Familienberatungsstelle) as he suggested?
