I got mistakenly involved in fraud case in Germany . But I have not gotten any letter yet from the police . I was about to go to the police to report myself but lawyers advised me to wait to get a letter from the authorities first . But my wife just applied for a spousal visa to join me . I have not yet received any letters from the authorities but do you think this fraud case will affect my wife's spousal visa application in her country ?
