Hello community. After my asylum interview, my asylum was rejected in just 12 days. Infact the date on the envelope from the BAMF is the following day I did my interview meaning they rejected my asylum the following day. Will this also make the court to treat my case faster and reject it. It has been a month since I sent my argument to the court with the help of my lawyer. Usually I see for some people it usually takes months before BAMF reject their asylum. Mine was just in 12 days. Will this during of rejection also influence the duration of decision at the court. I applied for my asylum in Berlin.
I wait to hear from your answers soon.
