Dear @maribel999,
Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us again.
I assume you are asking about the waiting period for the court decision on your appeal against a asylum rejection, right?
I agree with Simi: The duration varies from case to case but also from region to region. Different media are reporting just today about new statistics regarding the lengths of asylum court procedures in 2023. According to the articles, the average waiting period in Germany was reduced by 5 months last year (compared to 2022) and took on average 20,7 months. However, the respective statistics vary significantly among Germany's federal states (from 5 months in Rhineland-Palatinate to almost 39 months in Brandenburg). Unfortunately, the articles I read were not giving the pariticular numbers for Baden-Württemberg. In case I will find them in the next days, I will add them here of course.
I hope this helps and please don't hesitate to get back to us with any further questions.
All the best,
Meike
