Dear Sir/Madam,
We are a family from Ukraine: a husband (37 years old), a wife (38 years old), a daughter (5 years old). Unfortunately, we had to leave our native country because of the war. Now we are on the territory of Poland. We have a big wish to move to Germany. But we don't know if we have an opportunity to get the status of temporary protection.
My wife and our daughter crossed the border with Poland on the 12th of March, 2022.
After leaving Ukraine I (husband) spent a week in Poland and then I lived and worked in Montenegro. In November 2022 I moved to Poland. I got a refusal to receive the status of temporary protection because of my living and working in Montenegro. Now I'm in Poland according to my extended visa-free regime.
Is it possible for our family to get the protection in Germany? Thank you for your attention and reading my letter
Best wishes.
