I do not fully understand what kind of information you are looking for in your above raised question. As I wrote in my last answer, I assume that the German authorities were aware of your actual identity (even without submitting your passport) as they were able to deport you to Nigeria. Do you remember if they were asking the Nigerian embassy for support? Probably you were issued travel documents by the Nigerian authorities, right? Even if the period of your re-entry ban formally passed now, the fact that you were not providing your actual identity in Germany will not make it easier to obtain a visa, I am afraid. In any case, applying for a new passport will be the first step of the whole process. Unfortunately, there is no other official way to come to Germany than applying for a visa at the German embassy in Nigeria. At this point I want to refer to my thoughts in the last answer again.
