Please recently the payment l receive from Jobcenter keeps on changing that l don’t understand. Confronting them is no more an option since l don’t succeed anytime l try.  Am learning B2 now. I had wanted to do Ausbildung with the B1 but unfortunately the lady from Jobcenter who supervises me told me l need B2 because of the inconsistencies with the money they give us every month.

Please where should I go for help with this calculations? And l am in Eschweiler Köln. If will appreciate it too if l can know any other job that I can do with B1 so that l won’t depend on Jobcenter again. I know l should’ve asked for your help before proceeding with the B2 but l can do it alongside. Thank you.

Dear @Lydia,

Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us again.

I would highly recommend you to contact a migration counselling or a social counselling office to discuss with them your jobcenter payments. I tried to make some research: In Eschweiler there is the AWO, for instance, or the so-called "Sozialdienst katholischer Frauen" (Caritas). You find their contact details following the links.

You may also adress your job perspectives there. In general I would agree that an "Ausbildung" will be easier to find and especially to complete successfully with B2. But this depends on the field as well.

I hope this helps and please don't hesitate to get back to us with any further questions.

All the best,

Meike
