Hi , i have dubblin of romania and immigration gave me a white letter when i m in camp and now i get kries after spending 18 months in camp and till then they give me white paper so i want to confirm that can they deport me or not,in romania.

Hi @Simar sahi

The maximum length of time someone can be deported back to another EU country is 18 months. After that, Germany has to assume responsibility for the case. Here is the information in English directly from BAMF:
