Blocked Account for Verpflichtungserklärung

Hello Wefugees Team,

Once again I would like to ask another question related to Verpflichtungserklärung regulations in Germany.
At the Ausländerbehörde request I have opened a block account according to the specific amount for state of Niedersachsen.
Now I have gotten a good job offer in Baden Württemberg after receiving the Verpflichtungserklärung for the State of Niedersachsen.
Will this Verpflichtungserklärung from Niedersachsen be automatically valid for the State of Baden Württemberg or I will have to apply for another Verpflichtungserklärung in Baden Württemberg?

I presume it will not be valid. Germany is a federal system and so procedures vary from state to state. Just send the Verpflichtungserklärung to your new local Ausländerbehörde in Baden Württemberg first and ask them if it is enough.
