Question

My name is derek . And i was in germany 2019 for asylum case . And i have a son in germany . But in 2022 i was almost deported back to my country.  During this time . I brought a phone on O2 wish i pay for installation payment . And also have a suspended credit card fraud crime . But i went to the interview and clarified everything . But this matter was on court before . The police started looking for me to deport me . For asylum case . Coz it was rejected and i refuse to handle my passport even when they found out i have passport.  And my son birth certificate was not out . Not untill i was almost deported . But now im in italy and have resident . Im applied  for carta soggiorno.  I want to know if i come back to germany . I will be arrested  . Coz i left ?  Im coming to work with my carta di soggiorno ( 10 year resident permit)  tell me who to contact to know what issue is against me . And i can take a lawyer to fix this . My son live in germany with his mom . And they have resident permit.

@Derek i will advice u though I am not expert but i think i have idea. Any crime committed in any country in europe is always in that country System, even if u come after 20 years again to that country , your criminal case is still in their system... having 10 years resident italian permit won't allow u to work here, except u have italian pass.. I know of some guys then that came with italian document, they didn't allow them to work with it, rather they seek asyl and their italian document was taken from them... for ur case, u have committed crime and getting document here in germany is difficult for those that have committed crime ... I don't think its possible to get document in germany when u commit bad crime like fraud ... when u come, they will sentence u bro... Germany don't joke with fraud...
