Can I change my resident permits fro 25b,Abs1 to 28

Question

My name is Kingsley I was issue a resident permits in January 2023- I was given 25b. Abs1 please I want to know if I can apply for 28 I am having a son and he has a Germany passport

@Kingsolala yeah u can switch , I know of 3 other people that switch successfully. But paragraph 25B ABS 1 is also a good document , the difference is that u can apply for permanent after 5 years of using it while paragraph 28, u can apply for permanent after 3 years .. so just two years differences ... bro I will advice u not to switch, when u have paragraph 28, u and your babe are no longer together, she might be controlling u a bit because anytime they will renew the 28, ausländerbehörde will confirm from her if u are taking care of the child , seeing the child etc .. anytime u are busy and u don't have time to pick the child that weekend, she will Threaten u and if she take the full custody, u lose the document... so stay with the 25B .. after 5 years with B1 and continously working , no criminal case , they will surely grant u permanent..., even with 28, u also need B1 certificate and continously working to have permanent after the 3 years...if u are not working, they will only renew the 28 ... one of my guy has 28, he is using it for 5 years now , they have not granted him permanent because he is doing Ausbildung and take help from job center ... so he is not qualified yet for permanent...

@felise, can we talk offline? @kinsolala, stay with your 25B, so you won't regret...no go trust person oo.. 25b is a good document, 28 has many issues when you are not in good terms with the mother of your child. @felise, someone that have a german document for 6 years, duldung for 2 years, now he has 25b for 1 year, can he apply for einbürgerung now? Does previous period before duldung counted towards naturalization

@Kingsolala before they grant you the paragraph 25B, after submitting leben in deutschland and all document to ausländerbehörde, did ausländerbehörde told you to do the Freiheitlich Demokratie Grundordnung test with them?

@felise Freiheitlich Demokratie Grundordnung test wt does it even mean ?! there are more test ! already studied 310 questions for Einbürgerung test, please don't tell me there are more ?!
