Dear @Malk,
Welcome to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us.
First of all, I’m really sorry to hear about your difficult situation and what happened to you. I hope you can recover as soon and good as possible.
I’m afraid, however, that I can not share too optimistic/helpful information for the time being as I’m not aware of any short-term or realistic way to legally get into the asylum system in Germany. It is not possible, for instance, to apply for asylum as long as you haven’t entered German territory (it’s, unfortunately, not possible to apply for asylum at the embassy or another authority outside of Germany). The only regular way to move from Turkey to Germany within the asylum procedure I am aware of, is the so-called resettlement (by the UN in collaboration with the Turkish authorities). There was also some kind of resettlement program established within the EU-Turkey agreement framework after 2016. However, I don’t have any information about the current activities, how/ where to apply, the criteria etc.
Maybe some other community members can share some more details.
In the meantime, I hope that you may be able to reach out to refugee supporting NGOs in Turkey - in a Community Center, for example. Are you familiar with some organisations or shall we try to help with further research?
All the best for you and stay strong,
Meike
