Dear @Simi,
Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us again.
First of all, I am really sorry to hear that this chapter hasn't been closed yet and that you are still facing troubles. Unfortunately, as I mentioned already in one of your earlier opened threads, I am not a lawyer and not really familar with these kind of legal questions either.
However, I tried to make some research and read on this website, that there is a difference between the so-called "Abstammungsklärung" and the "Vaterschaftsfeststellung". The first one is apparently only a procedure to clarify the ancestry. The outcome itself seems not to have subsequent legal implications as such, if I understood correctly. The "Vaterschaftsfestellung" (determination of paternity) - to the contrary - does have legal consequences (meaning that he would be the official father now, has to pay allowance etc.). Is there no one from the Jugendamt to support and explain you the next steps? I would highly recommend you to contact a counselling office (there are numerous organizations offering free of charge and confidential services all over Germany) to get some individual consultation. Please let us know if you need help in finding such an office close by.
In any case, please also don't hesitate to get back to us with any further questions.
All the best,
Meike
