Hi @scxen,
As far as I know, countries can only access PNR (passenger name records) information if someone is suspected of a serious crime or terrorist offences. Here you can read more from the relevant German authoritiy:
https://***.bka.de/EN/OurTasks/Remit/CentralAgency/PNR/PNR_node.html
If you are registered in Italy as an asylum seeker, then this information will come up as part of standard checks done by immigration authorities in EU countries. This is part of what is called the 'Dublin procedure' which determines which country is reponsible for processing a person's asylum case. Here is more about it:
https://handbookgermany.de/en/dublin-procedure
In your asylum interview you are obliged to answer all questions truthfully. If you need advice while in the asylum process here, you can **** for a consultation called 'Asylverfahrensberatung'.
Best,
Éanna
