Hi @Kim mimi,
I am not able to provide recommendations to specific lawyers. I have used an online search engine to **** for lawyers specialised in immigration law. I did not find any in Ebersberg.
I then looked in Munich for immigration lawyers who speak English. There were 28 results but I cannot link it here. You can also search for other languages.
This is the site I used (unfortunately only in German):
https://anwaltauskunft.de/anwaltssuche
The specialisation you need to search for is ‘Migrationsrecht’.
This is where you can search the lawyers’ association in Munich. They do not give the option of searching for someone who speaks English:
https://***.rak-muenchen.de/anwaltsverzeichnis/
You can also get free legal advice from the Refugee Law Clinic in Munich:
****://rlcm.de/index.php/languages/english/
You can also seek advice from the Munich Refugee Council:
https://muenchner-fluechtlingsrat.de/engl/engl-consultation/
All the above is about asylum and immigration law. You mentioned family law also. This is a separate branch of the law. If you need help in this area, you can first seek assistance from a family advice service (Familienberatungsstelle).
Best,
Éanna
