With a residence permit §25 Abs. 3 AufenthG - How can I bring my beloved from Africa to Germany?

Good day!

I am living in germany for more than 5 years, its my 4th year on 25 abs 3 and im from Asia and i am single and doing full time job.

I want to know that how can i bring my beloved here in germany, she is from Africa, I have no idea that i should go there, get married first and try Spouse Visa or try Fiancee Visa, Marriage visa etc.

We tried Student Visa and Tourist visa etc. before but didnt worked.

So, if can guide about the right way to bring her here. its too late already. So if someone who can understand the situation and help , please
