After having paid my penalty charges in installments, can I request a confirmation of the respective company?

 I had a penalty charges of 900 euros for using a torrent.I went to court and they less the amount to 750 euros.I had paid all the amount this month.

 My question is now when i have paid my penalty charges in instalments what i have to next.Do i have to wait for a reply or can i also write to company to get a certificate that i have paid my charges.So i wont have problem in future.Also do i have to write a court that i have paid my charges ? If you can suggest something it will be super nice.

I’m not sure if I understood your situation and questions correctly. In general, as soon as you paid your debts but don’t get a confirmation of the respective company, you may simply request it. I’m sure it won’t be an issue. I doubt that you need to inform the court though. 

In any case, please don’t hesitate to get back to us if I misunderstood or of you have any further questions.

 First of all thank you for a speedy reply.
  As i mentioned above i have paid all penaltiy debt money as i was asked.I just felt missing of document where in future i can provide that i have paid money.

 Just one more favor.Where can i find a müster brief to write a company (Waldorf Formmer) as my Deutsche skills are very imature.
