Paper to show the Embassy that i have insurance here in germany

Good Afternoon. Please what is the name of the paper to ask from the AOK to show to the Embassy in africa that says someone is actually under AOK insurance in Germany during the family reunion visa application.

I assume you are talking about the "Mitgliedsbescheinigung" (confirmation of membership), right? You can apply for the document from the AOK online as well.
