guide after being accept with subsidary protection

Question

Hello,my fiance has been granted with subsidiary protection about a month ago and is currently attending a language class and is still living in the camp.
May we know what a person who has been accepted should do next being accepted.

1) Does he needs to go to jobcenter and why?

2) he would like to go for ausbildung with no high school certificate and need a guide

Yes, you are right: As long as asylum seekers are in their asylum procedure, they are entitled to receive asylum seekers money ("Asylbewerberleistungen"). With the Subsidiary Protection, your fiancé will get issued a residence permit according so section 25 (2) of the German Residence Act and subsequently will not reveive asylum seekers money anymore, but unemployment money ("Arbeitslosengeld 2") from the jobcenter instead. Well, at least as long as he needs financial support and does not generate sufficient income. The change from asylum seekers money (usually from the so-called "Sozialamt") to the unemployment money will not happen automatically and he needs to apply for it - fill a form and submit documents like i.e. bank statements of the last 3 months and his residence permit.

Regarding your second question, you may check my answer in this thread. However, I would always recommend to get individual support as well i.e. at a "Youth Migration Centre" (Jugendmigrationsdienst) in case he is under 27 years old or to contact the Migration Counselling (Migrationsberatung für Erwachsene) when he is older.
