Doubts about Registration of a child's birth

Hello everyone, I have a quick question about the registration of my baby.

my baby was registered in Berlin because it was the city where she was born, but we currently live in Sachsen and according to my aufenthaltsgestattung it says that I have an obligation to live in Sachsen. I would like to know if, due to the fact that my daughter was born in Berlin, we have better chances for some reason that they will let us move there? thank you.

Regarding your question, however, I am afraid that the fact that your child was born in Berlin will not promote the chances for a relocation/transfer (Umverteilung) from Sachsen to Berlin. Instead, the application for the "Umverteilung" may be approved in the context of work/training reasons or for a family reunification.
