Can any one please give me some information me regarding the asylum application of afghan nationals
The decision on asylum application of Afghans were stoped on 12th August 2021 due to unknown situation in Afghanistan.
Can you please let me know wether the BAMF is now making decisions on asylum application of Afghan nationals or not.
I am in Germany and My interview was done 5 months ago.

Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for your question!

Indeed, as also "Handbook Germany" state on their website, the BAMF is deciding again on asylum applications of Afghan nationals since the 1st of December. Therefore, you may receive a letter from the authorities anytime. Please follow the link for more information (also Farsi and Paschto).
