I can’t go back to asylum camp

Question

Am very happy to join this community. 

I have Ghanaian lady and her document number is Aufenthaltserlaubnis 38a. 

She has resident permit and working permit.

We have two children now, I have done Vaterschaft and Sorgerecht. 

Can she help me to stay in Germany?

Can I also go back to asylum camp?

I need help and good lawyer.

I remember that we talked about your situation in this thread before. I am afraid that I am not able to add much more information than in response to your last question. I would highly recommend you to consult a lawyer or to contact a very experienced counselling office. You may search for contact details on the Handbook Germany website. Here, they are also referring to the so-called "Legal Advisory Conference" which consists out of specialised lawyers working for NGOs or the UNHCR, for instance.
