In my opinion as I hold Beschäftigung Duldung you can not be deported unless you do some criminal activities.

Thanks for your answer, Let me explain my situation Maybe you can have an idea or advice. I have been in Germany for 6 years , I have a German son , I was issued a three years resident permit but last year January I travelled out of Germany for 10 months , I came back to renew my resident permit and the Auslanderamt seize my Passport and said I have to go back to my country because I lose my resident permit for staying out of Germany more than 6 month..So I was issued a duldung , after 3 month , I found a job and apply for working permit and I was granted and I have been working with this duldung for 3 month now, I have ask them to issue me back my resident permit but they said I have to wait for the riegerungsprasidum respond.Am just worried because they have my Passport and am from a save country that can be easily deported
Why would you stay outside Germany for 10 months when you don't have the Unlimited resident permit. It's a pity that you have lost your resident permit fully and you have no chance of getting it back from the Government
Thanks for your answer, Actually, I have a duldung now and am working with it, Is there nothing I can do ? I have a son here , his mother is a German and my son to. I also have the right of my son shared with the mother! Do you suggest I live Germany in this situation?
