Hello again @Sidra,
and thank you for sharing your interesting question with the community. I really appreciate your decision not to cancel your vocational training, as a professional degree in nursing offers you a broad variety of further development opportunities.
If you wish to study afterwards, there are at least two question to answer in advance.
The first one concerns your residential status. Some residence permits cannot easily be changed, e.g from a residence permit for training to a residence permit for studying. So you should check this first for yourself: What type of residence permit are you holding at present? (You shouldn't answer this question on a public platform).
The second one concerns your educational background. To enrol at university, you need an university entrance qualification, which is not automatically obtained within a three years' vocational training but in a higher education institution. If your documents from your country will be accepted by a German university, you can check here: https://anabin.kmk.org/no_cache/filter/schulabschluesse-mit-hochschulzugang.html#land_gewaehlt
Some further questions to answer relate to sponsoring and, e.g., age: How can you secure your livelihood during your studies? One example for this age topic: Whereas it will be easy to find a job at the age of 45 after one finished their studies in social work, it might be quite impossible for one who obtained a business administration degree at the same age.
