I (non Eu) was married to Eu national from 2015 -2019 We were divorced in March 2020 Currently I’m on spouse visa (a family member of union citizen) and it’s valid until Oct 2022 & I still have resident permit(spouse visa) I got married again this March 2021 in India
My question is
1) can I bring my current wife from India on this resident permit ??
2)should I change my resident permit to Independent resident permit ?? Or should I continue living on this until i get permanent resident ??
3) if I change my resident permit to independent resident permit , will auslandbehorde make any problem ??
4) is it possible to bring my wife now or I have to wait until I get permanent residency
