Are you free to travel to EU countries with the French refugee passport?

Dear @Cody,

Welcome to the Wefugees Community and thank you for your question.

As the platform and our experts are based in Germany, I am unfortunately not too familiar with the procedures in France. But as far as I know and if you are talking about the "blue" refugee passport (which is issued to people recognised according to the Geneva Refugee Convention), the same rules should apply in France as in Germany. Please see also this thread on this topic, in which a colleague explained that you are allowed to travel within the so-called "Schengen" area for up to 90 days within 180 days (without work permission though).
