Hello, I had my asylum 2nd court case (1st time judge refused it by himself without calling me) and judge didn’t even ask me a question, he took only20 mins and he said everything he wants and end the court. if he refuse the case, if he refuse is it possible for me to request a new judge to take my case over after I appeal?
