Visa from aüslanderabhöde

Hi. I work in a restaurant as a authentic main cook, I am working almost 5 years now, my asylum case is refused by court,  Is there any chances i can apply for any kind a work visa through aüslanderabhöde?

Hi Nimnas,
You haven't provided enough information about your case.
By the way Germany doesn't issue asylum seekers residence permit just because you are working.
But you can be granted Beschäftigungsduldung, even with that job alone is not enough.
You will have to fulfill other requirements as well.

In my case 1st judge refused it without inviting me and again I appealed and I went there and judge took only 20 mins to the case and he didn’t even ask me a question or **** at me.. what ever the documents I provide he didn’t care much. I even change my religion and he didn’t care about that too.. he looks like made his mind before he comes ..
