I need a legal advice regarding a Gewerbeschein permission. I am holding Beschäftigung since last year Januar 2020 and in my Beschäftigung Duldung is written not permitted for self employment but on the other hand my friend got a Beschäftigung In other province and In has Beschäftigung Ausweis is written allowed for self employment.
In my case I am working full time in a company and after 30 months as per Beschäftigung Duldung law I will get a residency. But at the moment i am having a lot of free time and i want to sell my services online in other countries like USA and Canada and also i want to sell online from my home on Amazon which i did when i was in my home country but now I am not allowed and I didn’t get permission from the Ausländer Behörde to sell my services online and they didn’t give me the reason why I can’t do this job as I am already doing full time job which I have to do till 30th months as per Beschäftigung Duldung law .
Why I can’t get permission for Gewerbeschein to sell my services online from my home instead of doing nothing in my free time . If I sell my services and sell something online on amazon I will pay more taxes but Ausländer Behörde is not giving me permission I don’t know what to do in this case .
I want to sell my services and sell online on amazon along with my full time job with Beschäftigung Duldung . I want to bring money from my home country and want to invest in amazon in which I will be selling my products on amazon through out the whole world but Ausländer Behörde Lörrach is Not permitting me . Any legal advice.
