My asylym application in Germany was rejected last year due to a fact that i entered EU with a visa from a third country. I appealed the decision, and since then more than 10 months have passed without any new decision from the court. Now i got a notification from ZAB that i will be deported to the country that issued Visa next week. I contacted my lawyer and he said that he will apeal this deportation. my question is why ZAB didn't send a copy to my lawyer and is it still possible to stop this deportation?
