Hello,

I just want to ask that:

is it possible to apply for asylum after 2-3 years staying illegally?

What can one do if wants to return voluntarily to his/her country after staying illegally for so long?

Is the statement/reason for applying asylum recorded before checking the fingerprints for Dublin 3 regulations or after checking the Dublin regulations?

Thanks and regards
