Dear @Hark,

Welcome to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us.

It is hardly possible to predict what will happen if you are not leaving the country voluntarily within these three months period (whether you are at high risk to get deported or not). Especially without knowing your personal background and your situation. There are many aspects to consider and every case needs to be assessed individually.

I can only recommend you to get professional legal counselling - a refugee counselling office is a good first address (and they may refer you to a lawyer if necessary). There are many organisations offering free of charge and confidential counselling. You may use this search engine to find respective services in your area.

In any case, please also don't hesitate to get back to us with any further (specific) question.

All the best,

Meike
