I am a Bangladeshi origin German Citizen. I married a divorcee Bangladeshi Hindu girl. She applied for Family reunion Visa for Germany and got rejection because Germany embassy is not accepting our marriage . they are saying, in Bangladesh for a Hindu girl divorce is unlawful and therefor she was considered still married when I married her. my wife and her ex got divorced through a notary public declaration 3 years back and living separate, however Embassy is not accepting it. My wife is pregnant now and I am planning to bring her in Germany as mother of my child. Do you thing would it be possible ? Thank you
