Let me start by Thanking you for all your legal advices you offered to me last year concerning the §28 abs 1 document and divorce after 3 years which you told me that they must renew my permit which they foreign office did renewed for another 3 years. My question now is that, can they grant me permanent residence permit with B2 and one year contract of work. Although the divorce proceedings is still on going at the family court. My marriage will be 5 years by November 16 2020. I will be glad to hear from you.
