About asylum in germany [closed]

Question

Hi .. i am writing on behalve of my friend .. .. he was married with ukrainian girl carrying unbefristet ausweis during his valid visa period .. he had polish ausweis valid for 3 years but now expired .. he applied here in germany for familien zusammen fuhrung at the time his visa was valid but decision was negative .... he is seeking for advice for asylum ..is it possible that german government will give him asylum???

If a person will be granted asylum or not will be assessed individually after an application. Formerly holding a residence permit in an EU-state will not be a reason to get the refugee status. He will need to explain in detail and plausible that he is in seriuos danger in his country of origin - that he is persecuted, for instance, by the state or a non-state group because of his political opinion, his ethnic background, his sexual orientation, belonging to a certain group etc. or that he is endangered due to violent conflict (foundation of the so-called Subsidiary Protection).
