Advise about asylum [closed]

Hi,

I am a political asylum seeker, my case is rejected from BAMF, Without interview. (second appeal after one and half year they dismissed the case, they said our election party win the election with huge majority, and they will give us protections)

I want to know if someone apply in administrative court how long it will takes time to for hearing??

Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us. Your situation is not clear to me yet. The BAMF rejected your asylum application without any previous interview (which wouldn’t be legal)?

And what exactly do you mean with “appeal”? Appealing is usually what you do at the administrative court (Verwaltungsgericht) and needs to be filed within a short deadline after the rejection (either 1 or 4 weeks). It would be very helpful if you could explain a bit more on this and clarify.
