Dear @Madlo

Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us.

am sorry to hear that you find yourself in such a difficult situation. The German authorities will most probably not search for you in another country. However, if you were holding a "Duldung", it expired as soon as you left Germany and you will be illegal when you enter the country again. I am not too familiar with the French regulations and proceedings. But if I am not mistaken, your asylum application will most probably rejected, as the Dublin regulation roughly states that in general only one asylum case/application is accepted within the EU. I highly recommend you to consult immigration/residence experts to discuss your situation and your options individually. If you need any support in finding such an office close to your current location, don't hesitate to get back to us.

All the best,

Meike
