I am Waza (33 years old) from SRI Lanka, I have completed my MBA- in information technology and I have 6 plus years work experience, I want to migrate to Germany, please let me know the options I have???

The "easiest" way might be to immigrate as a skilled worker, which requires a job offer:

It might be more difficult to find a job from abroad without speaking German. However, it is not impossible, given your high education background. I would try some of the larger companies, there it shouldn't be such a problem.
