First of all I want to thank you for all your help.
My situation is a little bit complicated. I want to apply an asylum here in Germany, and I have an American fiancé. After we get married, we want to move out there. Recently, she could not come here because of the virus. I really wonder, after I apply asylum here in Germany, can I be transferred to the United States? Because I cannot go back to my own country. And my second question is, is it possible to take US(K1) Visa from Germany, US Embassy, even though I am not German citizenship.
