Hello,
thank you for reaching out the wefugees community.
Here are some informations on the homepage of the german embassy:
https://***.germany.info/us-en/service/04-FamilyMatters/marriage-in-germany/922550
For a familyreunification to a recognized refugee in Germany, you must have been married before your boyfriend left his homecaountry.
I think, in the moment you will not get a visa for a marriage. in principle, an asylum seeker can get married in Germany. But it is important that he has all the necessary papers. If he is recognized as an asylum seeker, you live together and is entitled to unemployment benefit 2 from the job center, you will be counted together, even if you are married or not.
