If you follow this link, you find the contact details of the Caritas and the Diakonie, which both offer a free counseling in Hagen.
I assume, that their offices will be closed for personal sessions due to the Corona situation at the moment. But many offices offer support via phone and mail. Just try to call them tomorrow and ask for further information.
